Our C*-Seminar will again be on Wednesdays from 1:30-2:45 pm (Arizona time, no daylight savings), meeting both in person (WXLR A307) and via zoom.
Also new: it's now the ASUERAU C*-Seminar (so, joint with our friends Lara and Mitch at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University up the road in Prescott).
Once a year ASU throws open their doors and invites the community inside for the Open Door events on each campus.
As a signature event of the Arizona SciTech Festival, ASU invites you and your family to discover all things science, technology, engineering, arts and math. Join the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM) Student Chapter at ASU in our MOVIE DISCUSSION Panel on Monday, November 21st, 2022. The movie is “The Man Who Knew the Infinity (2015)”. This movie tells the story of the life and academic career of the pioneer Indian mathematician, Srinivasa Ramanujan.
