Instructions to reserve on-campus online technology resources for SOMSS instructors

Spaces prepared with online learning technology resources are available and may be scheduled by
following the directions below.

1. Click on the “Room Scheduler” link HERE https://mathcms2.asu.edu/moodle/course/view.php?id=167
2. Click on the “LOGIN WITH ASURITE” button on the bottom right.
3. Go to the “RSC999” MathCMS Room Scheduler. You will see the following rooms (ECA 216/217, WXLR 206, WXLR 546) listed next to a calendar. Click on the room you wish to schedule for your 30-minute reservation.
4. The available time slots for that room will be listed. Click on the “Book Slot” button for the 30-minute block of time you wish to reserve. Please note if you need more than 30 minutes, you will need to block the next 30-minute slot, etc.
5. Once you click on the “Book Slot” button… an announcement will appear at the top of the page confirming the timeslot you just booked. The timeslot will be removed from the listing of all available timeslots for that room. Now no one else may schedule that time slot. This completes the process.
